Refund & Exchange Policy
A quick note
We keep things straight. If there’s an issue from our side, we’ll fix it. This policy explains when refunds or exchanges apply and how the process works — no confusion, no loopholes.
When refunds or exchanges are accepted
Refunds or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

You received a damaged item

You received the wrong item
In these cases, we will offer a free exchange or a full refund, and no shipping or handling charges will be deducted.
Refunds for change of mind or personal reasons are also accepted, subject to a ₹150 shipping and handling fee.
What we need from you
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery

Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned exactly how it arrived

Tags must be attached — no exceptions
If any of these are missing, we won’t be able to process the refund.
Refund processing time
Once your request is verified and approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be returned to your original payment method
Return shipping & handling

For returns due to change of mind or personal reasons, a ₹150 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount

For damaged or wrong items, there are no shipping or handling charges
Exchanges (Size & Fit Issues)
We understand sizing can be tricky. Here’s how exchanges work:

Your first size exchange is on us

For additional exchanges, shipping costs will be split 50/50

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, packed the same way you received them, with tags attached
Refunds are not available for size or fit issues.
Final call
We inspect every request carefully to keep things fair for everyone.
If it’s our mistake, we own it. If it’s not, we’ll be upfront about it.
