  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Currently, we only accept prepaid orders, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our products, select your preferred size and color, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    Absolutely! Contact us ASAP to cancel or modify your order. Changes can be made if it hasn't been processed or shipped. Call customer support or visit us for the fastest assistance. We're here to ensure you have a fantastic shopping experience!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • What are the shipping options and costs?
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our website using the tracking number provided.
